Due to recent changes in local regulatory requirements, we have suspended crypto trading and conversion services for customers resident in Hungary.
This decision applies only to residency, not nationality.
Who is affected?
You are affected only if you are resident in Hungary, meaning your account is registered with:
a Hungarian residential address, or
Hungary as your country of residence for regulatory or tax purposes.
You are not affected if:
you are a Hungarian national living abroad, or
you are resident in another country and your account reflects that residency.
What services are impacted?
For customers resident in Hungary:
Placing new trades, swaps, or conversions is unavailable
New deposits may be restricted
Withdrawals of existing crypto assets remain available (for a limited period)
We encourage affected customers to withdraw their assets as soon as possible.
Why is this happening?
Hungary has introduced additional local regulatory requirements for crypto-asset exchange services that go beyond the EU-wide framework under which we operate.
After careful legal and operational review, we determined that we are unable to continue offering these services to Hungarian-resident customers at this time, while ensuring full compliance with the local rules.
This measure will be reassessed if the regulatory framework changes or becomes clearer.
Is this based on nationality?
No.
This restriction is based solely on residency, not on citizenship or nationality.
What if my residency information is incorrect?
If you are not resident in Hungary but your account shows otherwise, please contact our support team and be prepared to provide updated residency documentation.

Will services return?
We are monitoring regulatory developments closely. If we are able to resume services for Hungarian-resident customers in the future, we will communicate this through our official channels.
