By enabling the recurrent order feature, you are giving us ongoing permission to charge your payment card automatically according to the schedule and amount you have chosen. This arrangement will continue until you change it in your account settings. You may cancel or modify a recurrent order. To prevent the next scheduled charge, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted at least within the prior twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled transaction date. The Company shall not be liable for any charges processed due to a late cancellation or modification request.
The Buy Crypto feature allows you to purchase cryptocurrency instantly using your bank card.
You can also enable recurring top-ups, which automatically buy crypto on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.This is a convenient way to automate your crypto investments and grow your portfolio over time.
Follow these steps:
Open the app and go to the Portfolio screen.
Tap Buy crypto.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase (for example BTC, ETH, or USDC).
Enter the amount you want to spend.
Choose your payment method (for example Bank Card).
Review the purchase details.
Tap Buy to complete the transaction.
Once the payment is processed, the purchased cryptocurrency will be credited to your account.
How to enable recurring crypto purchases
You can automate crypto purchases using the Recurring Top Up option.
Open Buy crypto.
Enter the amount you want to spend.
Turn on Recurring top up.
Select the frequency:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Confirm your purchase.
Your card will be charged automatically according to the schedule you selected, and the crypto will be credited to your account each time the payment is processed.
Managing your recurring purchases
You can view and manage your recurring purchases in the Upcoming section.
There you can:
see your scheduled transactions
review the next payment date
modify the amount or frequency
cancel the recurring purchase
To prevent the next scheduled payment, changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next transaction date.
Fees
The service fee is displayed during the purchase process.
The payment processing fee will be calculated at the final step before confirming the transaction.
