To restore access on your account, go to the Reset password page. There, you will need to enter the email you originally signed up with. You will receive an email with the password reset link.
By clicking this link, you will be redirected to the New password page. Create a new, strong password (this shouldn't match one of your previous passwords) and click the Set Password button.
Now you have changed your password. Go to the Sign In page and access your account using your new credentials.
In case you have two-factor authentication enabled and you lost access to your phone number, you may need to temporarily disable 2FA. Please, email us [email protected] for this. You will need to confirm your identity to reset two-factor authentication.
