In case a user's loan term is almost over, but the user wants to HODL even further, our Reopen feature can be useful.
The Reopen feature available only for loans open until 5th September 2022.
To use this feature, please visit the Loans page.
Press the Reopen button to see new loan term conditions.
If the reopen parameters suit you, click the REOPEN LOAN button.
All commissions will be deducted and the user's loan will be reopened with the same parameters. Conclusively, this means the standard loan term is doubled.

To apply the Reopen feature, users need to repay the fee and the + 1% service fee.
