How to deposit crypto to your YouHodler wallet

Updated this week

To deposit crypto please go to the Wallets section and click the Deposit button on the crypto wallet of your choice.

To locate your deposit address, log into your YouHodler account and go to the Wallets Portfolio page. This tab lists all your supported coins and tokens. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit by clicking on its respective Deposit option.

Simply copy your wallet address or scan a QR-code to send your coins to this address.

Before using your deposit address, ensure the cryptocurrency is supported within the YouHodler wallets. Also, verify that the blockchain network used by the sender matches the one supported by YouHodler for the specific cryptocurrency.

Before initiating a deposit, confirm that the selected blockchain network aligns with both the sender's platform and YouHodler. Sending funds using an incompatible network can result in irreversible losses.

Once your crypto funds arrive, you will be notified via SMS and email.

Please be advised:

  • YouHodler supports two BTC wallet address formats: SegWit and Bech32. Please check networks we support for other coins here;

  • By depositing you acknowledge that YouHodler is not responsible for any digital assets sent to the wrong address;

  • In the case of sending funds with the wrong transaction Memo ID/Destination tag/Memo, the funds will not be deposited to your YouHodler wallet with no possibility of sending them back to the sender’s wallet.

  • Deposits will appear after 2 network confirmations for OMNI network and 10 confirmations for ERC20 network;

  • The transaction confirmation time could vary based on the conditions of the corresponding network. For more info please explore this article.

  • Avoid sending unsupported coins or sending cryptos via unsupported networks to prevent permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the wallet address and network before making a deposit, and ensure that both wallets, the sender's wallet and the recipient's wallet, support the coin and the transfer network.
