To repay your loan and unfreeze your collateral, go to Loans page. Find the loan you want to pay for and click on the REPAY LOAN button.
Choose the "Bank Wire" in the pop-up with the loan payment options.
Copy the bank account details from the pop-up window to your online bank portal to complete the payment.
Your transaction will appear in the Transaction History and be credited to your loan balance right after your deposit is completed.

You will need to contact the support team via chat (or email [email protected]) about your transfer. Also, don't forget to include your email and loan ID in the payment reference field;
Bank wire processing time: USD (SWIFT) - up to 5 days / EUR (SEPA) - up to 2 business days, EUR (SWIFT) - up to 5 days / GPB, CHF - up to 3 days;
The commission on incoming bank transfers is 0%.
