❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the minimum amount to open MultiHODL?
The minimum input amount is not fixed. It depends on market conditions, the selected trading pair, and the multiplier level.
If your balance is insufficient to open a trade, the system will display the actual minimum amount required to start the deal.
What is the maximum total volume of an open position?
There is no fixed maximum for all positions — it can be as low as $20,000 or reach $200,000 or above, depending on factors such as market conditions and the selected asset.
If the entered amount is below the minimum or above the maximum available limit, the position opening form will display the applicable limit. Why does my entry price differ from the chart price?
MultiHODL uses real-time market execution. When you start a deal, the order is placed on an exchange, so the final entry price may slightly differ from the chart price.
How long can I keep my MultiHODL open?
The standard maximum duration is 60 days. After that, the position will be automatically closed at the market price.
Can I extend my MultiHODL term or reopen a closed position?
No, unfortunately, MultiHODL deals do not have an extension function, and a closed deal cannot be reopened.
Why is my MultiHODL at a loss right after it was issued?
This can happen for two main reasons:
a) Spread
MultiHODL includes the difference between the buy (ASK) and sell (BID) prices, known as the spread.
When a deal is opened, it is executed using one of these prices, while the current result is calculated using the other. Because of this difference, a small loss may appear immediately after opening, even if the market price has not changed.
The size of the spread depends on current market conditions and may increase during periods of high volatility or strong buying and selling activity.
b) Input asset conversion
If the asset used to fund the deal is different from the assets in the selected trading pair, its price movement can also affect the result.
For example, if ADA is used as the input asset for a BTC/USD position, the ADA is converted into USD before the position is opened. When the deal is closed, the resulting USD amount is converted back into ADA.
Because of this, the final result reflects both the BTC/USD position and the change in value related to the ADA conversion. If the ADA side produces a negative result, the deal can show a loss even if the BTC/USD position itself is profitable.
Why did I open MultiHODL, and it closed right away?
This can happen due to the spread — the difference between the Buy (ASK) and Sell (BID) prices.
In volatile market conditions, the spread can widen significantly and have a strong impact on your position. In some cases, it may represent a large part of your initial amount.
At the same time, using a high multiplier increases your effective position size. As a result, even a small price movement can be enough to trigger the Stop Loss shortly after opening.
Why does the closing result differ from what I saw on the form?
The financial result you see on the “Close now and get” button is only an estimation based on the latest available market price.
After you press it, the platform creates an order on the market exchange in real time, taking the next available market price. Therefore, the closing price of the transaction on the platform and the price of the real execution may vary.
Can I add more collateral to secure my MultiHODL from the market drop?
Yes, you can add more funds to an active deal using the Increase Position feature.
This increases your total position size and adjusts key parameters such as Stop Loss and potential profit/loss levels. However, it also increases your exposure — meaning price changes will have a stronger impact on your result.

This happens because some trading pairs are only available during specific trading hours — from Sunday 21:00 to Friday 21:00 (UTC).
Outside of this period, opening or closing deals with these pairs is temporarily unavailable.
Affected pairs include: EURS/USDT, TCAD/USDT, TAUD/USDT, TGBP/USDT, XAUT/USDT, and stablecoin/stablecoin pairs.
Why do I not receive any notifications regarding the price changes for my MultiHODL?
There are no periodic notifications about price changes for active MultiHODL deals. You may receive a notification when the price approaches or reaches your Stop Loss level.
Please note that email delivery cannot be guaranteed, as it also depends on your email provider. We recommend monitoring your deals directly in the app or web platform and whitelisting our addresses.
