Once you've signed the Beneficiary ownership confirmation and verified your proof of identity you can verify your address. Press the Verify button on the Account verification form in your Profile settings to start.
Press the Start button on the Address verification form.
Select the document type, upload your document in the form, and press the CONTINUE button. Make sure your document meets the following requirements:
Supported document types: utility bill, bank account statement, or tax invoice;
The document should be in a high resolution (quality);
The document format - PDF/JPG;
The document contains your name and address;
The document is written in Latin (e.g. A,B,C,D, etc.) alphabet;
The document should be issued within the last 3 months and must contain the date of issue.
Fill out your address details in the Address form and press the SEND APPLICATION button.
You'll be notified via email about the verification result.
Please be advised:
We do not accept photos of electronic documents, only the original pdfs (so not accepted: document screenshot, photo of monitor with the document, screenshot of the document from a mobile device, etc.);
Make sure your document meets the platform requirements listed in the verification form;
Address verification is required to unlock any fiat (transfer) transactions on the platform. Address verification is therefore required to unlock bank transfers on the platform.
Bank wire transfers are not available for the following countries: Albania, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, Ghana, Iceland, India, Jamaica, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore Syria, Uganda, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Ghana.
